Evaluate the phase noise measurement performance of the E5055A, E5056A, E5057A, and E5058A in this datasheet. This family of solutions evaluates the phase noise and other relevant parameters for RF signals up to 54 GHz. Achieve accuracy and precision in both absolute and residual phase noise measurements with an ultra-low noise sensitivity and cross-correlation method.
